This gorgeous little princess is the third to join the Adams family. Our family has been priviledged to be a part of their lives. I feel old saying this, but I taught Mom Sunday school when she was in grade 7. Now she is a wife and mother to three fabulous little girls. You are blessed, John! Becky used to look after my children when I worked as a physiotherapist. She is a great mom. She was one of those few people who seemed to know early in life what she really wanted. Becky, you have always impressed me. I used to think that you needed to have a university degree before taking the leap into marriage, but you changed my mind. I realized that I can’t put everyone in the same box. You were ready at a young age to become a wife and a mother and I think you are doing a great job. May you and John have many blessed years together raising these three little gifts that God has given you. I am so thankful that Alexis arrived healthy and happy.
It was such a treat to take Alexis’ photographs. She was only 6 days old in these photos. She slept like a dream (I think it helped that she was a few weeks early). She only cried if she was wet. That might not be so fun in the middle of the night. But it sure made for an easy photography shoot. I kept putting different hats and props on her, I told Becky, okay, I am actually finished, now I am just playing… too fun! This is such a great new profession for me. How many women get their newborn baby fix on a weekly basis!
